An optional second session will have participants Planning their Ascent by taking it deeper with tangible tools to plan their work and work their plan. Starting with learning agendas created by each participant, focus will be to acquire critical ingredients for a successful sales process. This session includes identifying meaningful messages to share with clients and will explore storytelling to deliver it in a compelling way. Specific goal setting and detailed action plans will result in solid strategies to reach the top.
